HIGH SECURITY ROAD BLOCKER
BARRIER
The hydraulic road blocker
RSB76 was designed as an effective means of
controlling access to high security areas
(Impact resistance: theoretical K4 - 610KJ) such
as
embassies, airports, strategic factory sites,
etc... The RSB76 offers the advantage of not
requiring a side column to house the drive
mechanism.
The hydraulic drive is operated by an energy
accumulator that can be positioned as far away
as 15m (50 feet). This facilitates placing
several barriers end to end to control
exceptionally wide access points.
An energy reserve also allows up to 3 operating
cycles in case of power failure.
The RSB76 is available in 3 widths and 2
versions: 3000, 3500 and 4000 mm (width of the
rising obstacle) and electric or hydraulic
version.

SAFETY
1. Completed Cycle
Locking: Road Blocker Barrier mechanically
locked in the fully completed vertical up
position, and in the completed horizontal down
position.
2. HD Clutch: Dual
Friction Disk: Torque limiter (Heavy-duty),
which protects the electromechanical drive
system.
3. Emergency Crank with
safety circuit.
4. Power Failure: System
will shut off and the clutch will maintain the
barrier in its current position.
